    Inclusions for safaris are Park Entrance Fees, Accommodations, meals, and game drives. Coastal trips include specified meals and soft drinks. Exclusions for all trips typically are Drinks at the lodges, Masai Village fees, Tips, and items of a personal nature

    What is the standard payment and cancellation policy for multi-day safaris?

    For confirmed safaris, a 30% deposit is generally required, with the remaining balance due 45 days before the safari starts. Cancellation penalties range from the loss of deposit (more than 60 days notice) up to 100% forfeiture for cancellations made 14 days or less before departure.

    What are the types of vehicles and boats used for safaris and day excursions?

    Multi-day safaris use a Safari van/Jeep. Coastal excursions utilize a motorized or traditional Swahili dhow boat for ocean trips (Wasini, Funzi) and canoes for exploring mangrove jungles (Funzi).

Are there any hidden costs in your packages?

Never. Every package clearly lists exactly what is included — accommodation, meals, park fees, transfers, and guides. No surprises, ever.
