For confirmed safaris, a 30% deposit is generally required, with the remaining balance due 45 days before the safari starts. Cancellation penalties range from the loss of deposit (more than 60 days notice) up to 100% forfeiture for cancellations made 14 days or less before departure.

Multi-day safaris use a Safari van/Jeep. Coastal excursions utilize a motorized or traditional Swahili dhow boat for ocean trips (Wasini, Funzi) and canoes for exploring mangrove jungles (Funzi).
